Bright Lights and City Nights

This weekend was filled with adventures...

It was a long week with market appointments ending at work, but the paperwork only beginning. So Friday night we went out for dinner and drinks to celebrate the end of market week in Central Park at the Boathouse! It was absolutely amazing and fantastic!

Saturday night I ventured to the Upper West Side for Richard and Marcia's beautiful engagement party. They are absolutely adorable and perfect for each other and I couldn't be happier for the both of them.
After that party I met up with some friends and experienced New York Nightlife in the Meatpacking District.

That was our promoter, Cesar, who we insisted on calling Oscar all night. He was fabulous and got us bottle service all night!

After having a crazy night out with my girls, a brunch was much needed Sunday morning! We all met at Agave in the Village and had amazing food and drinks and the weather could not have been more perfect! So after a few several mimosas later and a stomach full of eggs benedict, we explored the city some more!

First stop, Carrie Bradshaw's apartment!

 It really is beautiful...

Then we took a moment to look at the 9/11 Memorial Tiles displayed. It was breath taking and really gave me that good ole American Pride...but really made you take a step back and remember the important things in life. After reading a few, I found a nice bench to call my dad and wish him a Happy Father's Day-I am so lucky to have such a great dad and am so thankful every single day!

Then we wandered to Union Square and enjoyed the BEAUTIFUL weather at the park for awhile!

Well folks, that's all for now. It's a long week ahead of me with the CEO of Sergio Rossi coming into town on Wednesday so I've got lots to prepare for and need my beauty rest so I can WOW them all-or get them coffee. Whatever works. Blog at ya later! xo

Belmont Stakes

I'm not a gambler now, I promise! However, I did fall in love with the horse races yesterday! It was seriously so exciting! Not only did I get to buy a a cute and conservative Kate Middleton approved dress and an obnoxiously large hat, but everyone else there was dressed so prim and proper! Well, some of them. The standards aren't as high as at the Kentucky Derby I hear, which I am dying to be in attendance now.

My horses didn't win, but #2 Unstoppable was in second place for most of the race, but then lost. Sad day. Good thing I only bet a whopping $4. Hah! I just did it for the memories! So glad that my ADPi sister, Ashley, was with me to experience it all! It was much needed after the 50+ hour work week I had at the unpaid amazing internship I have.

Well, thats all for now folks! I'll post again soon! Much love to everyone!
